Who handles your information?

Orders and licenses

We process the billing details you submit, your email address, the selected offer and the payment reference to fulfill the order, generate the license and invoice and provide support. Payment details are entered with PayPal and handled under its own privacy policy; this website does not collect card numbers.

Support and service messages

A support message includes the contact details and information you choose to provide. License and invoice emails are transactional messages. The website does not automatically enroll you in a marketing list.

Essential sessions and logs

Session cookies support forms and administration. Technical logs help diagnose errors and trace order processing. The site uses no advertising trackers, embedded YouTube players or third-party analytics scripts. Clicking through to PayPal opens a separate service.

Storage and access

Order records, license records, invoices and mail archives are stored in the shared private server directory used by BMCore for both products. Access is limited to operational needs. Billing records are retained as needed for the seller’s obligations; support and technical data should be retained only as long as needed for their purpose.

Your requests

You can ask for access, correction or deletion where applicable, and raise an objection or other privacy request by contacting the seller. Some transaction information must be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Your prospect database

Lists created in the Windows software are kept on your computer. Search services process information necessary to perform searches; your SMTP provider processes email you send through it. Keep your own backups and follow the privacy requirements of your prospecting activities.
