Seller and contact

The software is supplied by BMCore — Baptiste Martin, 11 rue Telemann, 72320 Vibraye, France. For order or license questions, use our support page or email baptiste@matisoft.net.

The annual license

The displayed offer is $199 USD for 365 days, for one user on one Windows computer. It includes business email discovery, contact-form discovery, export and the SMTP outreach module, with 78 countries available in the software. This is a one-time purchase; the website does not set up automatic renewal.

Trial and suitability

A 7-day trial is available without signup or a credit card. Search and view results to check suitability before purchase. Export requires a paid license. An internet connection and a compatible Windows computer are necessary; SMTP sending requires your own provider account.

Ordering, payment and delivery

Payment is handled by PayPal in USD. Review your billing details and accept these terms before payment. A license and an English invoice are generated after verified payment confirmation and sent to the email address entered at checkout. Your order-confirmation link also provides access to them. No physical shipment is involved.

Price and availability

The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order. Future prices may change. VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, as stated on the seller’s invoices. If an ordered license cannot be supplied, contact support for resolution and refund where appropriate.

Support and returns

Contact support within 7 business days of receiving your order if the product does not meet your expectations, in line with the seller’s existing return policy. Include your order reference and explain the issue. Mandatory rights applicable to your purchase are unaffected.

Appropriate use

Use the software for lawful professional purposes. Public availability of an email address does not by itself establish permission to send marketing. Follow applicable privacy and marketing rules, website restrictions and your email provider’s policies. You are responsible for your targeting, message content, sender identification and handling of objections.

Results and third-party services

Search results depend on the information published on websites, your criteria and the availability of external services. The license does not guarantee a fixed number of emails, inbox delivery, replies or sales. Sending capacity is governed by your SMTP provider.

Software and intellectual property

The software and website materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Your license grants the stated right to use the software, not to redistribute, resell or copy it for other users. Follow any applicable end-user license agreement supplied with the software. Contact support before moving an activation to another computer.

Personal information and applicable law

Order data is used to process payments, generate licenses and invoices, deliver emails and provide support. See the privacy page for details. The seller is established in France and these terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the customer.
